Orihuela - Torrevieja villa rental details

Secluded Detached 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Villa
Villa Fiori is situated in a quiet location with excellent residential neighbours, yet is only a 5 minutes walk to many local bars, restaurants and supermarkets and only a 10 minute drive to Guardamar, probably the best beaches on the Costa Blanca If you prefer to stay by the pool, the owners have provided poolside games and activities The large terrace, surrounded by Palm trees, overlooks the garden and is ideal for evening meals, in the summer the sun sets there at around 10 in the evening It really is a lovely setting with the added benefit of a private driveway to park 2 or 3 cars.

Villa Internal Details
Entering the villa from the front terrace you will come in to a large kitchen fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster & coffee maker. Washing machine, iron & ironing board. and leading into a very spacious lounge with corner sofa, feature fireplace, TV, and fully central heated lounge area. There are three spacious ground floor bedrooms the master bedroom with en-suite shower room. all have large fitted wardrobes with plenty of hanging & storage space. There is also a family bathroom with bath and shower, toilet & wash basin. The Villa benifits from having its own private 10X5 swimming pool, very large terraces, with table, chairs, sun loungers. All bed linen and towels are provided. Please use your own towels if by the pool or beach.

Out and About
The area surrounding La siesta has everything from beautiful clean blue flag beaches to a vast array of bars & restaurants. It also has many golf courses 3 within 10 minutes drive away at La Marquesa (Ciudad Quesada) Villa Martin, Las Ramblas & Campoamour all pay & play but its best to book (from £30 a round + buggy fee). The nearest large town is Torrevieja - 10 minutes drive - with a good range of shops, a weekly market plus a large marina with a promenade which holds regular evening craft fairs. We have also provided an information folder which we have compiled from our visits which we hope you find useful.

The garden is around a quarter of an acre and as ample areas for sun bathing. The terrace at the side of the house is ideal for dining in the evenings. The private pool gets sun all day.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Kevin says: "We have rented Villas in spain on many occasions and I can honestly say that this is the best Villa yet. The Villa has ample room for 6, we (all adults) all had plenty of space. My elderly parents had no problems at all in the accommodation, with both a walk in shower and a bath it was comfortable for them to use. I would definately recommend this villa to both adult parties and families, the pool is great and is suitable for young and old alike as it starts shallow with steps, which is great for those who cannot swim (like my wife). The garden area is actually better than shown on the photos, with plenty of room for kids to play, and to b-b-q. The area itself offers plenty with shops and bars/resturaunts within walking distance. There is also an aqua park just around the corner. I would also like to mention Garry and Sue, who look after the Villa for the owners, they looked after all our needs - information/shopping etc nothing was too much for them, they helped make our holiday the success it was. Thank you once again - we will be back next year."
