Ideal Villa For a Family Holiday
Detached Villa Excellent Location First Class Urbanization Easy Access To Torrevieja and Guardamar. Situated in the number one urbanization, La Siesta which has all the amenities you would expect from a mature area, bus route, aqua park, quality restaurants and bars, supermarkets shops etc. medical centres and banks. This detached villa has its own 8x4 swimming pool. The gardens are mostly terraced for easy maintenance. The property consists of 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom. Within 15 Minutes Drive From at Least 5 Golf Courses

Villa internal details
Entering the villa from the front you will come in to the Summer house, ideal for reading and staying out of the Sun, from there you pass into the lounge, with L shaped Sofa bed, TV, dining area. A Fully modernised kitchen, fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster & coffee maker. Iron & ironing board. There are two spacious double ground floor bedrooms, both have large fitted wardrobes with plenty of hanging & storage space. One bathroom with shower and bath. All bed linen and towels are provided. Please use your own towels if by the pool or beach. At the rear of the Villa you will find a BBQ, tables and chairs, sun loungers, and a huge orange tree ( help yourself)

Out and About
The area surrounding Rhoda Villa has everything from beautiful clean blue flag beaches to a vast array of bars & restaurants. It also has many golf courses 3 within 10 minutes drive away at La Marquesa (Ciudad Quesada) Villa Martin, Las Ramblas & Campoamour all pay & play but its best to book (from £30 a round + buggy fee). The nearest large town is Torrevieja - 10 minutes drive - with a good range of shops + a weekly market plus a large marina with a promenade which holds regular evening craft fairs. We have also provided an information folder which we have compiled from our visits which we hope you find useful.

The garden is around 500 M2 as ample areas for sun bathing. The terrace at the front of the house is ideal for dining in the evenings. The private pool gets sun all day

Elizabeth says: "The villa was lovely, this is our second holiday in this area, and I would definitely recommend it, it is peaceful, but not too far away from town. Gary and Sue were lovely, and Gary would check in from time to time to make sure everything was ok, and kept the pool clean. Maybe welcome packs would be consideration for future visits as we would willingly pay a few extra euros for water and milk etc to be there when we arrive. All in all, a great holiday, thank you so much, and we will be back!! Brian Liz and family."
