Orihuela - Torrevieja villa rental details

Secluded Property overlooking the Crevillente mountains
It has a quiet location with excellent residential neighbors, yet is only a 10 minutes walk to many local bars, restaurants and supermarkets and only a 10 minute drive to Guardamar, probably the best beaches on the Costa Blanca If you prefer to stay by the communal pool, for you comfort there is a picnic area. Your stay here will be an enjoyable one. Weekly street markets are held in the local towns of Rojales and Benijofar. The lively town of Ciudad Quesada with its nightlife is only 15 minutes walk.

Villa internal details
Entering the villa from the front you will come in to the air conditioned lounge, and modern kitchen, fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster & coffee maker. Iron & ironing board. spacious lounge with two sofas, feature fireplace, satellite TV with 70 chanels, 20 radio. There are two spacious double ground floor bedrooms, the master bedroom having air conditioning both have large fitted wardrobes with plenty of hanging & storage space. Two bathrooms There is also a large courtyard with an awning to give shade leading from the lounge through double patio doors, from the courtyard there are steps leading to a very large solarium, with table, chairs, and sun loungers. All bed linen and towels are provided. Please use your own towels if by the pool or beach.

Out and About
The area surrounding Rojales Hills has everything from beautiful clean blue flag beaches to a vast array of bars & restaurants. It also has many golf courses 3 within 10 minutes drive away at La Marquesa (Ciudad Quesada) Villa Martin, Las Ramblas & Campoamour all pay & play but its best to book (from £30 a round + buggy fee). The nearest large town is Guardamar Del Segura only 10 minutes drive, with a good range of shops, a weekly market on Wednesdays, plus a large marina with a promenade which holds regular evening craft fairs. We have also provided an information folder which we have compiled from our visits which we hope you find useful.

Steve says: "The villa was very clean and very well equipped with all the things that you could need for a relaxing break in the sun. The area is quiet yet within walking distance of some bars and resturants and having the swimming pool in very close proximity was a bonus. From the villa it is easy to explore the area but a car is needed to get to the fanatastic beach at Guadarmar and explore the delights of Santa Pola. Dont be afraid to walk down the steps into Rojales and sample the tapas at a local bar, some great food ! "
