Orihuela - Torrevieja villa rental details

Secluded Detached 3 Bedroom 3 Bathroom Villa
Situated in a quiet location with excellent residential neighbours, yet is only a 5 minutes walk to many local bars, restaurants and supermarkets and only a 10 minute drive to Guardamar, probably the best beaches on the Costa Blanca If you prefer to stay by the pool, the owners have provided plenty of poolside games and activities The large front terrace, surrounded by Palm trees, overlooks the garden and is ideal for evening meals, in the summer the sun sets there at around 10 in the evening It really is a lovely setting with the added benefit of a private driveway to park 2 or 3 cars. Car available at La Yuka

Villa Internal Details
Entering the villa from the rear terrace you will come in to a large modern kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster & coffee maker. Utility room with Washer/dryer - iron & ironing board. and feature archway into a very spacious lounge with two sofas, feature fireplace, TV DVD, video, radio, and fully air conditioned/heating. There are three spacious double ground floor bedrooms two with en-suite bathrooms all have large fitted wardrobes with plenty of hanging & storage space. There is also a large ground floor bathroom with walk in shower, toilet & wash basin. The master bedroom has double doors open on to the large sun terrace leading to an 8X4 private swimming pool, very large solarium, with table, chairs, sun loungers. All bed linen and towels are provided. Please use your own towels if by the pool or beach.

Out and About
The area surrounding La siesta has everything from beautiful clean blue flag beaches to a vast array of bars & restaurants. It also has many golf courses 3 within 10 minutes drive away at La Marquesa (Ciudad Quesada) Villa Martin, Las Ramblas & Campoamour all pay & play but its best to book (from £30 a round + buggy fee). The nearest large town is Torrevieja - 10 minutes drive - with a good range of shops, a weekly market plus a large marina with a promenade which holds regular evening craft fairs. We have also provided an information folder which we have compiled from our visits which we hope you find useful.

The garden is around a quarter of an acre and as ample areas for sun bathing. The huge solarium has sun all day. The terrace at the front of the house is ideal for dining in the evenings. The private pool gets sun all day. La Yuka has a car available for your convenience

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 3 double and 2 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has a double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

villa has 3 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television with video, dvd. The music system will play cassettes, vinyl, radio.

Eating & Living:
There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
